Start with The Bazaar

The Bazaar is a prepared loose-leaf masala chai blend. Its Assam black tea is blended with cloves, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, star anise, cinnamon flavor and cardamom flavor. You do not need to prepare a separate whole-spice mixture.

A cup of The Bazaar

2.5 g tea · 12 fl oz water · 195°F · 5–7 minutes

  1. Measure the tea into an infuser with enough room for the leaves to open.
  2. Add water at 195°F and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Remove the infuser or strain the tea. Taste before adding anything else.

Make it your own

For a milk tea, add milk gradually after steeping. Sweeten to your preference. Milk and sweetener are additions to your finished drink; they are not included in the tea blend.

If the cup feels too strong, use the shorter end of the steeping range or dilute the finished tea. Keep the dose measured so you can repeat the cup you enjoy.

What is in the blend?

Organic Assam Black Tea, Organic Cloves, Organic Ginger, Organic Cardamom, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Star Anise, Organic Cinnamon Flavor, Organic Cardamom Flavor.
