What does the "Notes" in Cozy Notes Coffee Co. mean?
While we love a cozy vibe, our name doesn't actually refer to music! In the coffee world, "notes" are the natural tasting profiles and aromas found in the bean. When you browse our selection, you'll see specific flavor notes highlighted—ranging from bright fruit and rich cocoa to warming spices. We curate our collection to help you find the exact flavor note that hits the right spot for your morning routine.
🌇 Do you have a physical coffee shop location?
As for now, we are strictly an e-commerce coffee and tea boutique! We ship our freshly roasted coffee and specialty teas directly to your doorstep so you can enjoy the ultimate cozy café experience right from the comfort of home. We will open our first brick and mortar store at the end of 2026 or early 2027, in Orlando, Florida.
📦 Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
We want to ensure you get the freshest experience possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Do you offer tracking for shipments?
Yes! As soon as your order is packaged and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information so you can follow your coffee's journey to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we work quickly to get your orders packaged and shipped, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible through our Contact Page with your order number, and we will do our best to help!

We offer a curated selection of specialty coffees sourced from small farmers around the world, with a focus on clean flavors and natural ingredients.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
Store your coffee in a cool, dark, and dry place—like your pantry—in an airtight container. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture for the best flavor.
Should I freeze my coffee beans?
We generally recommend against storing your coffee in the fridge or freezer. The moisture and condensation can compromise the delicate oils and flavor notes of the beans.
What types of tea do you offer?

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! We offer flexible coffee subscriptions so you never run out of your favorite brew. Choose your frequency and save on every order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use more than one promo code per order?
Our system only allows one promotional code per order. Be sure to use the one that gives you the best deal!
What is your return policy?
Because coffee and tea are perishable food products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there was an error with your order or your package arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
