We're a specialty coffee company built on one conviction — that the best cup of coffee you'll ever drink is one that tastes exactly like where it was grown. No artificial flavors. No masking syrups. No shortcuts. Just the honest, unfiltered expression of a single origin, roasted to let the bean speak for itself.

Our Founder

Cozy Notes Coffee Co. was founded by William Torres with a clear, uncompromising mission: to rescue the morning ritual from the sugar-loaded, chemical-heavy additives of legacy brands. We source premium, specialty-grade beans from trusted global farms and roast to order right here in Florida, ensuring that rich, complex flavor profiles are delivered entirely through clean, all-natural roasting craftsmanship.

Why We Started

Walk into most coffee shops today and you'll find menus crowded with heavily sweetened, artificially flavored drinks that have almost nothing to do with coffee. The bean — the actual ingredient — has become an afterthought.

We started Cozy Notes because we believed the opposite should be true. Coffee is one of the most complex, terroir-driven ingredients on the planet. A naturally processed Ethiopian coffee tastes like blueberries and jasmine. A Kenyan single origin has a brightness that rivals the best citrus you've ever tasted. A Bali Blue medium-dark roast carries cedar and dark chocolate in every sip.

None of that requires anything added. It just requires sourcing the right beans and getting out of their way.

What We Do

We curate. That's the word we keep coming back to, because it's the most honest description of what we do.

Every coffee in our collection — from our Colombian Single Origin Medium Roast to our Ethiopia Natural Light-Medium Roast — is selected for its ability to express something genuinely unique about the place it came from. We source from celebrated growing regions across three continents: Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, Tanzania, Uganda, Honduras, and Indonesia.

Beyond single origins, we've built a full collection that includes artisanal blends, small-batch flavored roasts, premium loose leaf teas, and a curated pantry of goods that complement the coffee ritual. Everything is chosen with the same standard: if it doesn't meet the bar, it doesn't make the collection.

What's Next

We're growing. Our next milestone is our first brick-and-mortar location in Orlando, Florida — strategically positioned to serve both the local community and the millions of visitors who come through Central Florida every year. Orlando is the beginning of a national footprint built on the same principles that drive everything we do online: quality, authenticity, and a genuine respect for the ingredient.

As we expand, we'll be adding a curated bakery program — natural, additive-free baked goods crafted to pair with our single origin coffees. Same standards. Same philosophy. Just more reasons to slow down and enjoy the cup.
