Pork and Beef Bolognese Ravioli (2 Boxes) –  The dough includes local farm fresh eggs, organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. Filled with overnight simmered Bolognese sauce, folded in with a touch of fresh ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano. 

Pork Osso Buco Ravioli (1 Box) – To make the dough we use local farm fresh eggs & organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. The filling includes local heritage breed pork shanks braised overnight in apple cider, aromatic vegetables and fresh herbs, a touch of fresh ricotta, and parmigiana Reggiano. Now that’s what we call a filling!

Sweet Italian Sausage Ravioli (1 Box)- We craft our dough using farm-fresh local eggs and organic, unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy.
