Start with a familiar morning brew, then try a different origin or blend. Keep your coffee and water measurements consistent as you move through the set, and notice the aromas, body, and finish you enjoy. There is no required tasting order—just six opportunities to find a cup you want to make again.
Each coffee is packed separately in a 2 oz sample. The set includes regular coffee, not decaf.
Standard ground for drip brewing. Brew each sample separately using your coffee maker’s instructions. Keep the same recipe when comparing coffees, then adjust to your taste.

THE BREWING NOTES
The House Selection
Match your selected grind to a method below, or grind whole beans just before brewing.
Rinse the filter. Wet the grounds with 40 g of water and pause for 30 seconds. Pour slowly in stages to 320 g total, then let the water drain.
Add the coffee and water, then stir gently to wet the grounds. Steep, press slowly and pour all the brewed coffee into your cup or a carafe.
Add a fresh filter and the measured coffee to the basket. Pour the water into the reservoir and run the normal cycle. Stir the finished coffee before serving.
Suggested starting recipes. Use your brewer’s capacity and instructions, and change one variable at a time as you find your favorite cup.
