We brewed The Signature as drip coffee and as espresso using two of our machines. What stayed with us was the balance: it has enough presence to make a satisfying cup, without feeling too bold or too soft.
The Signature is our flagship house blend, made by bringing together medium- and dark-roasted coffees after roasting. In the cup, you'll find notes of cocoa, caramel, and vanilla. Those are tasting notes from the coffee itself, not added flavors.
Two ways we enjoyed it
As drip coffee, The Signature is easy to enjoy black, with its warm character coming through clearly. A hint of creamer is lovely, too, when you want a softer cup.
As espresso, it has the balance we look for in a shot and makes a beautiful base for a latte. Add your milk of choice and adjust it to the strength you enjoy. That's part of what makes this blend feel at home in our coffee routine: it works for the way we want to drink it that day.

Our Ninja Luxe grinder settings
If you're brewing whole beans on a Ninja Luxe, these are the grind settings we used as a starting point:
- Drip coffee: 22
- Espresso: 8
Your preferred cup may call for a little adjustment. Start there, taste, and change the grind to suit your machine and your preference.
The Signature is roasted to order and available as whole bean or espresso grind. However you brew it, we hope it brings a little warmth to your day.
