The coffee interpretation

The Golden is our Dubai Chocolate flavored coffee. It is a medium-dark roast with toasted pistachio and rich dark chocolate in its profile. It takes its flavor direction from the dessert idea; it is not a chocolate bar, a pastry, or a cup containing every component of that dessert.

Start with a plain brew

Use a normal filter recipe, such as 20 g coffee to 320 g water, and a grind appropriate to your brewer. Taste at a comfortable temperature. Notice the balance between the roast and the flavoring before adding milk or sweetness.

A small milk variation

Add warm milk in measured stages. If you want a richer drink, use less brewed coffee relative to milk only after deciding how much coffee character you want to retain. A latte made with filter coffee is a café-style variation, not machine espresso.

Keep toppings separate

Brewed coffee beside pistachio cream, dark chocolate, and crisp pastry as optional serving additions.

Pistachio cream, chocolate sauce, and crisp pastry toppings add their own ingredients, sweetness, and allergens. They are optional recipe additions. A photograph of a serving suggestion should not be read as an ingredient statement for the coffee itself.

Buying with a dietary restriction

Do not infer that a flavored coffee is nut-free or contains actual nuts from its name alone. Check the current listing and request specific ingredient or cross-contact information when needed. We do not substitute flavor language for an allergen answer.

Compare The Golden with The Velvet if you prefer caramel, or The Truffle if you want a chocolate-hazelnut direction. The useful question is which profile you enjoy in your usual cup.
