The details
Prepare a batch in the evening and pour it from the refrigerator the next day. Hario’s wine-bottle brewer combines a removable coffee filter, glass bottle and silicone serving spout, keeping steeping and serving in one vessel.
The overnight ritual
- Add coffee to the strainer and pour cold water slowly through the grounds.
- Refrigerate for approximately eight hours. Extend the steep for a stronger brew, following Hario’s instructions.
- Brewed volume: 650 mL.
