ORIGIN SERIES 02
Mandarin orange and chocolate notes meet a smooth body and clean finish. The Samba is a medium roast coffee from Brazil.
In the rolling hills of Sul de Minas, small producers grow the coffee behind The Samba. The lot is naturally processed, and its character gives this origin a welcoming place in our collection: chocolate, mandarin orange, and a smooth finish. Make it your morning drip coffee, then take a moment with the cup before adding milk. There is more to discover here than one familiar chocolate note.

THE BREWING NOTES
The Samba
Match your selected grind to a method below, or grind whole beans just before brewing.
Rinse the filter. Wet the grounds with 40 g of water and pause for 30 seconds. Pour slowly in stages to 320 g total, then let the water drain.
Add the coffee and water, then stir gently to wet the grounds. Steep, press slowly and pour all the brewed coffee into your cup or a carafe.
Add a fresh filter and the measured coffee to the basket. Pour the water into the reservoir and run the normal cycle. Stir the finished coffee before serving.
