An entrepreneur at heart, William founded Cozy Notes Coffee with a clear, uncompromising mission: to celebrate the rich, complex, and unadulterated beauty of specialty coffee. Based in the heart of Florida, William launched the e-commerce brand to share his meticulous approach to flavor curation with a broader community of coffee lovers.
The response? Absolutely overwhelming. Within its first three weeks of operation alone, Cozy Notes Coffee connected with hundreds of standard-setters and flavor-seekers, racking up over 460 sales. It became instantly clear that people weren't just looking for a morning caffeine fix—they were looking for a true sensory experience.

William is currently structuring the steps to open a local coffee shop right here in Orlando, Florida, with a target opening window of late 2026 or 2027.
