Coffee first. Details throughout.
Cozy Notes Coffee Co. is an independent coffee and tea brand serving customers across the United States. Our range brings together single-origin coffees, house blends, flavored coffees, and teas, with clear product identities and practical preparation guidance.
The Signature, our medium-roast house blend, expresses the familiar side of that range. The Composer offers a Colombian single origin. The Harvest brings a pumpkin-spice direction. They give different drinkers a place to begin without requiring one definition of a good cup.
Collective craft
As a member of a roasters collective, we work collectively to source, profile, and roast our coffee. That shared participation is part of how the coffee reaches the Cozy Notes range. It does not mean every coffee comes from a farm owned by the company or that membership is a product certification.
The founder's place in the story
Will Torres founded Cozy Notes Coffee Co. The founder perspective appears in The Tasting Table through real brewing and serving experiences, including The Harvest made in a basic drip coffee maker with a Boricua-style cornmeal breakfast, and The Island tried separately as espresso.
Those details matter because they connect the product to an actual cup. A personal tasting preference is presented as a personal observation, rather than a universal promise about how every machine or drinker will experience the coffee.
What the name means
Cozy describes the place a cup finds in your day. Notes describes the flavors you notice. Together they guide a range that can include a familiar morning blend, a new origin, or a carefully prepared tea.
A clearer way to choose
Start with the roast and flavor direction, then select the format that fits your equipment. Our product pages and brewing guides are designed to make that choice easier. The company story continues in the coffee itself, the information beside it, and the care taken with its presentation.
Stay Cozy. Brew Better.
