What The Harvest is
The Harvest is our pumpkin-spice flavored medium roast, with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove in its flavor direction. It is coffee with flavoring, not a pumpkin purée drink or a ready-made sweetened latte.
Start with your usual brewer
For a filter cup, try 20 g coffee and 320 g water, using the grind appropriate to the machine. Taste before adding milk or sugar. Warm spice aroma and sweetness are different sensations, so decide what you want to add after the first sip.
A breakfast from our own table
Will brewed The Harvest in a basic drip coffee maker using regular grind and enjoyed it with Boricua-style cornmeal topped with a touch of cinnamon. That real serving is a useful reminder that the coffee does not require an elaborate café setup.
For a milk coffee
Add warm milk gradually to the brewed coffee. If you use a sweetened milk or syrup, it becomes part of the finished drink's ingredients. Keep the amount consistent so the next cup is easy to repeat.
For cold brew
Use a measured refrigerated steep and filter thoroughly. Our separate pumpkin-spice cold-brew guide gives a starting recipe. Cold brew is a method; it does not turn a flavored coffee into a caffeine-free or medically low-acid product.
