How to brew The Cozy Blonde.
A practical starting point for your first cup.
- 01
Prepare the basket.
Use an 18 g basket, or adjust the dose to your basket’s rated capacity. Distribute the grounds evenly and tamp level.
- 02
Measure the shot.
Place your cup on a scale and begin brewing. Aim for twice the dose in the cup: 36 g out for 18 g in.
- 03
Taste before changing.
Use 25–30 seconds as a first reference, then adjust the grind and yield for your equipment and taste.
- 04
Choose your finish.
Enjoy the espresso as it is, add hot water for an Americano, or steamed milk for a latte.
A suggested starting recipe, not a fixed rule. Adjust for your equipment and taste.
