How to brew The Grounded.
A practical starting point for your first cup.

Measure your coffee.
Add 20 g of coffee to the filter basket. Use the filter recommended for your machine.

Add fresh water.
Measure 320 g of filtered water into the reservoir.
- 03
Let the brewer work.
Run the normal brew cycle. Allow the coffee to finish dripping before serving.
- 04
Taste and adjust.
Stir the brewed coffee gently. Adjust the ratio on your next brew if you prefer a lighter or stronger cup.
A suggested starting recipe, not a fixed rule. Adjust for your equipment and taste.
