A medium-dark single-origin coffee for cold brewing, with dark chocolate, caramel and a clean, lingering finish.
Prepare a batch ahead of time, then pour over ice when you are ready. Taste it black before deciding whether to add milk or a little more water.

How to brew The Slow Steep.
A practical starting point for your first cup.

Measure and combine.
Place 60 g of coarse coffee in your brewer or jar. Add 600 g of cold, filtered water.

Wet all the grounds.
Stir gently to saturate the coffee. Cover the vessel and place it in the refrigerator.

Give it time.
Steep for 16–24 hours, then strain thoroughly. Follow your brewer’s capacity and cleaning instructions.

Pour your first glass.
Serve over ice. Add water or milk to taste and keep the remaining brewed coffee refrigerated.
